Create shared Public Folder Calendar

We will create shared Calendar for HR or IT team. To achieve this goal open your outlook client and follow the steps below

  • Create Shared Calendar Public Folders
  • Open your outlook
  • Click File
  • New
  • Folder
  • Click on drop down menu select Calendar item
  • Give Proper name and save it into your Public folders as below

Now you have your team calendar in the public folders assign proper permission and you are done
