OWA Vista Red X on reply mails

Users are getting Red X on OWA & Vista when they reply to e-mails

Problem:

When the user tries to reply to emails, he gets all the parts to a reply except for where he can type his message (the body). Instead, he gets a red "X" instead. We verified his settings to my copy and had him even temporarily disable his antivirus software. It didn't resolve the issue. It works fine if he uses another computer without Vista loaded.

When creating a new appointment, the red X is in the bottom box where you can enter a note about the appointment. The rest of the calendar fields are fine.

Solution:

Apply each key separately

Go to File -> Run and type the following commands separately:

regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit\triedit.dll"

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit\triedit.dll"

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit\dhtmled.ocx"

regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit\dhtmled.ocx

Also Install the S/MIME

Is this what you see?
Click option on the bottom OWA
Go to E-mail Security
Click on
Download
“Click here to install the latest version of the S/MIME Control. When the file download dialog appears, choose Open”

Install the S/MIME
This will take care of this
