IP address 151.170.100.230
Subnet Mask 151.170.100.192
Network ID 151.170.100.192
DG 151.170.100.193
Next Avai. IP 151.170.100.194
(this is because the first IP is assigned to the DG)
Last Avai. IP 151.170.100.254
Broadcast address 151.170.100.255
You get 4 networks: First .0
First IP .1
Last IP .62
Broadcast .63
Second .64
First IP .65
Last IP .126
Broadcast .127
3rd .128
First IP .129
Last IP .190
Broadcast .191
4th .192
First IP 193
Last IP .254
Broadcast .255
62 Available hosts.
I need to correct this, I don't know what I was thinking. Anyways, there is only one thing to correct. with a class B /26 address, you get 1,024 networks, the hosts per network, Net ID and broadcast are still the same.
Who's right???
