Hi Oz,
Very interesting script. I was also working on the same subject some time back and had another way of doing this. I have posted it at

is it possible to un-gray the Outlook Anywhere checkbox in outlook 2007? my goal is that few users in my company will be able to set an alternate profile using different settings from the GUI
I think this is what you are looking for
To disable outlook anywhere for a single user:
Get-Mailbox –Identity | Set-CASMailbox -MAPIBlockOutlookRpcHttp:$True
To disable it for all users:
Get-Mailbox –ResultSize Unlimited | Set-CASMailbox -MAPIBlockOutlookRpcHttp:$True
I tried your suggestion but it just make the value of the sec box "connect using SSL only" to disappear..., my goal is to be able to manually change the first and the sec values meaning the https:// and the SSL..., I tried to use your script even with the default values..and only the sec box value change....but the https:// stay the same as my company external mail...., i need to have two different profile one point to https1 and the other to https2, possible? (thanks for the super quick reply)
